We always try to be as realistic as possible when pricing from submitted plans.
A full site meeting will be necessary to confirm any building work to be undertaken.

All building work shall be overseen in stages by building control, where applicable who shall be notified by the company at the appropriate times.

All the work will be carried out to the plans specification and shall be overseen by ourselves.

We shall also be responsible for all sub-contractors working on site whom are directly involved in the building projects.

All the electrical and plumbing work shall be carried out by qualified installers.

Electricians – NICEIC Approved

The site will be kept safe and tidy at all times and cleared to the clients satisfaction.

A Public Liabilities and Employees Liabilities insurance certificate can be produced, if requested by the client
